Shipping & Returns
By making a purchase on bandjdistribution.com you are demonstrating a clear understanding of the products purchased. Some products may provide certain statements regarding health or dietary benefits, which may or may not have been evaluated by the FDA. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because such products may not have been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for such products. **We do not provide any warranties or guarantees regarding the effectiveness of any product, as dietary supplements affect everyone differently.
We will gladly accept the return of defective products (due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship), incorrectly shipped products, or damaged items will also be accepted for return. Please email orders@bandjdistribution.com within 3 business days of receipt if there are any issues with the product you received. We are more than happy to speak with you.
We will not accept returns for any open or used product.**You may return any UNOPENED products within 7 days of receipt, in accordance with our Returns Process below. If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for Returns, please feel free to email us.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. No RMA is required for any returns.
Returns Process:
1) Email us at orders@bandjdistribution.com ASAP to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 7-day period and to request the Return Shipping Address.
2) Once you have shipped your product back to us – please also email the tracking number so we can keep an eye out for it.
3) Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm it’s condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.

We will make our best effort to ship all in-stock orders within 1-2 business days.
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made. If you need to make a change to your order please contact us at orders@bandjdistribution.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We are not responsible for delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, or undeliverable addresses nor are we liable for theft after confirmed delivery.
